The traditional library provides its public with documents in Bulgarian and foreign languages as follows: legal acts, regulations, instructions, methodologies, standards, reports, analyses, etc, related to development, implementation and assessment of the social policies in the field of demographics, sociology, labour conditions and labour market, employment and unemployment, social services and cares, work with people with disabilities, protection and rights of the child, further education, etc.

Available at the Library are books, single periodical issues, promotion-informational brochures, newssheets, catalogues, etc.

The newly created Library is open to the Centre’s officials, as well as to the participants in the trainings.

Different library documents are provided to the public for free use. Library cards are issued to the tutors, trainees and visitors of the Centre, which ensure the access to wide range of library and information services. Users have the opportunity to take advantage of bibliographic and factographic references, annotation of bibliographic description or information resource.

REDING ROOM

The reading room keeps collections of periodicals in Bulgarian and English language. There are five reading sections and five computers available for Internet use.

How can I?

Become a reader?

It is required to have ID card.

Borrow a book?  

It is required:

To be registered reader of the library with library borrow card

To have my library card with me

To bring all borrowed books (including those for re-borrow)

Not to have any delayed books from the borrowing department

Make electronic reference?

You can receive in your inbox List of topical bibliographic information of documents available at the library.

It is necessary to indicate:

The number of your valid reading card, e-mail for document’s delivery, name of the topic and specifications for the content and type of the included documents.

The delivery date is one week for preparation a list of up to 30 document titles.

Receive a copy of a document?

You can receive in your inbox requested articles from journals, papers, miscellany or chapters of books, available at the library.

It is necessary to indicate:
The number of your valid reading card, e-mail for document’s delivery, name and resource of the requested article or the page numbers of the book you are interested in.

The delivery date is three days for a document up to 10 pages.
