The Catalogue includes standard training courses in different areas of knowledge such as occupational safety and health, European integration, labour market, organizational-administrative culture. The courses’ duration is one week and they provide theoretical and practical knowledge as well as acquaintance with good practices in Bulgaria. The teaching staff consists of specialists with practical knowledge, working in the MLSP, as well as university teachers with rich experience in the area. The Centre also attracts as tutors recognized international experts with proved professional skills.
The Centre organizes meetings and discussions with the structural units within the system of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy in the Republic of Bulgaria – departments and executive agencies, subordinate to the Minister of Labour and Social Policy. For the purpose of familiarizing people with the educational programme practices, the Centre organizes visits to different organizations, institutions and enterprises related to the specific area.
Apart from the standard courses described in the Catalogue, the Centre offers specialized training programmes on social topics at the request of the users.
The trainings are taught in English and/or Russian. Other languages are available on prior request.
With the purpose of fulfilling its clients’ expectations, the Centre offers face-to-face, distance and videoconference educational programmes.
