Official Closing of the Introduction Training for the Newly Arrived Employee in the System of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy

On the 18^th of December this year, Mr. Ivan Penev  - Chief of Office of the MLSP, officially closed the Programme for the Introduction Training for the Newly Arrived Employee in the MLSP for the 2009 and   handed  certificates to all the  participants.  He greeted  all  the graduates for the successful   finishing of the  15  term training  and wished success in their future  professional and career  progress. In  easy conversation   participants  shared their impressions of the syllabus and some ideas for the future trainings,  connected with their professional progress. им  Particularly place was given to the topic of the leadership on the work place. The leader’s profile as a professional, who has a vision to the strategy of progress was    discussed. Leadership supposed team work,   team increasing in the idea’s realization and  delegate rights. Everyone can  build up yourself as a leader on the work place with a new attitude to the working process.
