CHRDRI Continue to Carry Out the Trainings for the Development of the Labour Inspectorates Capacity from the South Eastern Europe

On the 14^th of December in the Centre for Human Resource Development  and Regional Initiatives started the international seminar in Strengthening of the Labour Inspectorates in South - Eastern Europe, Azerbaijan and Ukraine. The main objective of the present seminar is to popularize the Bulgarian experience in the   sphere of  the integrated labour  inspection in the countries from South Eastern Europe and to contribute for strengthening of the regional partnership between the Labour Inspectorates in the sphere of  ensuring of  the healthy and safety  labour conditions, set as a main objective of the Regional Alliance of the Labour Inspectorates from the South Eastern Europe, Azerbaijan and Ukraine.  On the  side of  ITC of ILO and in a capacity of lecturer, on the seminar took part  Mr Gerd Albracht, who is an international consultant in the sphere of the labour legislation, inspect and monitoring of OSH. Lecturers on the Bulgarian side are experts from the Bulgarian General Labour Inspectorate with a long year practical experience and practice as a lecturer and lecturers from the academic sphere too. The training is planned to go in two parts: theoretical  in  the form of  lections, discussions  and practical – work in a small groups, doing the inspections in a specific sectors. As a result of this course  the participants will be introduced to the international experience and high effective practices in labour inspection, which can let them to compare and to exchange different points of view and to become better in their  competence as a labour inspectors.
